Basic Wedding Package
Cost: $400 (flat fee for ceremony)
Includes:
- Prelude - approx 30 minutes before the ceremony as guests arrive
- Ceremony - processionals, ceremonial music, and recessional
- Exit Music - approx 15 minutes after the ceremony as guests depart
- Unlimited phone consultations for pre-event planning and music selection
Private Consultation at Music Studio (add-on)
Cost: $100 per hour (1 hour minimum) Includes:
- Pre-event planning and music selection in person
- Live music sampling performed on the harp
Reception / Cocktail Hour (add-on)
Cost: $175 per hour (30 minute minimum)
Includes:
- Music / requests following wedding ceremony
Corporate Events
- $600 for the 1st 2 hours (ask about new client discount)
Driving Time (add-on)
Cost: $70 per hour
- Driving time fee may be assessed for all venues more than 45 minutes one-way from point of origin, depending on time-of-day and anticipated traffic conditions
- Fee may be waived in discretion of musician(s), i.e., as part of package rate or ensemble booking
Additional Musicians and Complete Ensembles (add-on)
Cost: Ceremony - $250/musician. Additional hours - $100/hour/musician
- Unlimited combinations available for ensembles (duo, trio, quartette, quintet)
- Common complimentary instruments with harp include flute, violin, cello, percussion and/or vocals
